Here at QPM just like our owners our tenants are valued with great gratitude. QPM is not like most management companies when it comes to our tenants.
Our goal is to find the best home for our tenants and eventually assist in your home ownership process. We pride ourself on financial literacy and credit restoration.

What are your management fees?Our management fees are 8% of your monthly collected rental income.

When will rent be deposited to into my account?Rent is due on the 1st of every month and owner payments are disbursed by the 10th of every month.

Do I need to put funds in a maintenance escrow?QPM does require a maintenance escrow in the amount of at least $250. These funds will be paid out of the first month's rent. There is a maximum limit of $500 for our maintenance escrow account. With proper negotiations, it can be paid seperate and not with first month's rent.

Will I receive statements?Monthly statements will be avaliable for all owners via our online portal. A year end statement will also be avaliable alongside your 1099 by January 31st.

Will I be responsible for maintenance and contractors?QPM will coordinate all maintenance for the owners at your request. Funds will be used from your maintenance escrow account first and any overage will be deducted from your rental income.

Is there a management fee for vacant properties?We do charge a 50% management fee for vacant properties.

What is your 2nd chance rental program?Our 2nd chance rental program is for any tenants that we have screened and do not pass our normal approval process. With this program the tenant is required to pay a 2 month security deposit and we enroll them in our credit repair program. This program is free of charge to the tenant and our goal is to improve the tenants credit worthiness. The 2nd chance rental program is approved by the owner not by QPM. We will not offer this to any tenant without the owners approval.
