Our application fee is $50 per person over 18 years of age.

Do you offer short term rentals?

The term of our rentals are determined by the property owners. If you see a property that you like and are interested in a shorter term than our standard 12 months, reach out to us and we will discuss it with the property owner.

Do you offer 2nd chance rentals?

QPM does offer a 2nd chance rental program partnered with our owners. This program requres a mandatory 2 months security depost and enrollment into our credit repair program.

Our credit repair program consist of:
 • Reviewing your credit reports every 30-45 days.
 • Enrolling you in a rental reporting program.
 • Disputing inaccurate reporting on your reports.
 • Provided assistance with resolution to collection accounts.

Are you required to have rental insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes all of our tenants are recquired to have rental insurance with a policy minimum of $100,000. QPM has a vendor that can assist with this process.
