FULL SERVICING LEASING
Our full-service leasing manages everything from finding the best suitable tenant for your property to ensuring that all contracts are executed accordingly. We will collect all rent, deposits, and any other outstanding fees in accordance with local/ state legal financial regulations. All transactions will be recorded and available for owners view in your online account.
Walk throughs are done at the time of lease signing with all tenants to document conditions prior to move in. Quarterly property inspections will also be conducted and include a report and photos for owner’s review.
TENANT SCREENING
QPM complies with all federal, state, and local laws including fair housing laws which prohibits discrimination based on any protected class under federal , state, or local fair housing regulations.

EVICTIONS
Our staff is knowledgeable in state and local landlord tenant laws. If tenant is delinquent with rental payments or breaches our lease terms, we will initiate the proper legal steps for eviction.

QPM will file all relevant paperwork with the district court, represent you the owner, and coordinate with law enforcement and our eviction team for a swift removal from the property.

We will also continue to collect on the delinquent tenant even after eviction using our in-house collection agency.
