Queen Property Management has put a plan in action to respond to the guidelines suggested by the CDC. The safety of our employees and residents are our highest priority. Like many we are continuously monitoring the latest on the Covid-19 outbreak, as reported by The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and The World Health Organization (WHO).

While navigating this unprecedented situation we have taken action to ensure the personal safety of our employees and residents. See our plan to action below:

The office will be closed effective 3/13/2020
Effective immediately it is mandatory for both owners and tenants to register and utilize out online portal via www.tenantcloud.com
Virtual showings will be offered for all vacancies.
Property Inspections will stop until further notice.
Staff will work remotely.
All payments must be made electronically
